Getting a lot of these events.

Are they all for that same Requested Url? If so, I would try deleting the PageBlaster cache for that page, or deleteing all the PageBlaster cache and letting it rebuild.

I uncommented the excludes for *.js and *.css for the MergeCSS and MergeJS excludes in the pageblaster config file and the errors when away. Any ideas?

They are most likely not related.
I think the original error was a cache file that may have had a long Url with data in it.
