Are they all for that same Requested Url? If so, I would try deleting the PageBlaster cache for that page, or deleteing all the PageBlaster cache and letting it rebuild.

I uncommented the excludes for .js and .css for the MergeCSS and MergeJS excludes in the pageblaster config file and the errors when away. Any ideas?

They are most likely not related. I think the original error was a cache file that may have had a long Url with data in it. Let me know if you see the error again.
