Runtime Error after upgrade to 3x

I have gotten through most of the issues after upgrading to 3x. The last on my list I think is that I get a runtime error after updating page settings. Also I get the same runtime error when trying to upload files in Ultra Media Gallery. I uncommented the line in the snapsis config that mentions to uncomment if you have postback or ajax problems. This solved an issue with smart-thinker Ajax and some Ultra Media Gallery settings but not the 2 above areas. are there any settings I may be missing? I now there used to be issues with UMG and PB, but I though it was OK now. Thanks for the help Mark

In your web.config there is probably a line for the NeatUpload Module. Move that to the top of the httpModules list.

what of this line? it used to be in the .config but now is not path pattern="(\.asmx\|\.axd\|\.ashx\|rss\|fck\|admin\|install\|thumb\|wizard)" excludeFrom="All" /
