If I am currently on DNN 3.3.4 with Blowery compression already on, and page caching set to high..... does PageBlaster still do anything for me? Will it install fine in this environment....

Hi, yes PageBlaster can help. Blowery does not do page caching, it does compression. PageBlaster does compression and caching.
