Installation Notes for PageBlaster 1.4.1

I have just downloaded the latest version of PageBlaster and I was wondering since there were no installation note included in the download .zip file, where can I get them?

There is a readme inside the zip but here are the instructions:

This module is a low level HTTP Module so it is not installed through the normal DNN install process. The install for this module can be completed in four easy steps:

1. Unzip the downloaded file and copy the /bin folder contents to the /bin folder of your website.
2. If this is a new install, copy the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file to the root of your site and change the settings if needed. All settings are defined in the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file. For upgrades, please read the release notes to see if the config file needs any changes from your original. 
3. Add the following line to the section of your web.config file
