Will the pageblaster work in a webfarm setup?

Yes, each server will cache it's own copy of the page in memory.

You could also configure the cache-folder so that it points to a shared folder.
It would have to mapped to a physical drive letter right now as I don't have code to check for UNC mapping.
If you need UNC mapping it would be an easy code change so let me know if you want it before I get that update in.
