I cannot download anything: You Do Not Have Permission To View The Requested File

What were you trying to download?

You may just need to place a new order.
Downloads on orders are available for 30 days.

Hi Mariette,

I thought you were talking about one of the free modules.
I'm still in the process of working out a way to manage the duration of customer downloads.

It looks like you already ordered a new free version so you should also be able to get to your previous order now.

I created a new order for the free version and all is well. The other, paid version, I can download just fine. Sorry for the confusion :-)

John, has there been a new/updated release of the paid version since January? I'm running into the You Do Not Have Permission To View The Requested File on the paid version but if it hasn't changed then I won't worry about it.

I have a new one that has not been released just yet. It has debug tracing capability which may tell you more about the problem
It also has support for the new versions of DNN since they now have Ajax on every page.

I'm getting the "You Do Not Have Permission To View The Requested File" error as well for the free version. I tried ordering twice on the 29th (the second after you suggested someone reorder), and a third time today. Can't download.

Hi Paul,
I'm working on it now, trying to figure out went wrong with the permissions.

The roles are being automatically assigned so maybe it was a glitch in the sync of the file manager.
Please give it another try when you get a chance and let me know.

Ok, thanks for giving it another go.

Looks like I'll have to dive deeper. I'll login as a test user myself this time and let you know when it's working.

Hi John,

I get this error message trying to download Snapsis PageBlaster 2.2.4 for DNN from the "My Orders" page. I bought PageBlaster last year and currently run V2.1.0 - I was trying to download the latest version. I'm not sure what your upgrade policy is, so this may be working as designed - but if I can get the latest version, I would like to!
