Hi Ricardo,

PageBlaster works on all pages within the website.

It does not do anything different by portal, only by page.

The cache folder should have all pages in it with folders that indicate the ID of the page.

No it doesn't. I have pages only from the principal portal. The other parent portals don't have pages in the cache folder.

I'm not sure why this would happen. The caching of pages is based on the Url and the HttpModule does not know about portals.
Can you give me a link to a couple of these portals?

Are you using the default configuration?

Sorry it's a different situation. The system just create the folder for the first page of each parent site, and in theses folders there is no information, but the system creates the webinfo files in the cache folder instead.

If I understand correctly, that is true.

The "home page" or "default page" does not have an ID associated with it, so those pages are created in the root of the cache-folder. Any other pages which have an id are then placed in specific folders using the id as the folder name.

The problem may be that the module has been placed on the home page and an exclusion is set.

I was not able to see any modules after logging in with that user. If you want, you can send me the host password to my direct mail which is inluded in the readme.txt file (or just reply directly to the notification from this post).

Also, keep in mind that the only reason you need to place the module on a page is to make specific settings for that page and you should not set the module to show on all pages.

I didn't put the module in any page. I did the same thing here in a local server as I did in the hosting server and the results are not the same. I just follow the instructions: upload to root folder the config file of the module; then load the module in module config option and then change the web.config in the http modules section. Nothing more.
Im my local server in the cache folder every time I go to a page I can see a new folder with tabid name, but in the hosting server this never happened. Its strange because I run the systems almost with the same configuration. Probably is something related with the hosting server, that I just have access by FTP to my site folders.

Best regards

Ok, thank you for the additional information. It sounds like we are getting closer to finding out what is wrong.

I'm going to send you a slightly newer version and see if that makes a difference.

Also, if you could check your error logs under Admin > Log Viewer in DotNetNuke that may have some additional information.
