Hello,

I'm doing alittle testing of PageBlaster ( currently using another compression vendor ).  So far in my testing PageBlaster is out performing my other vendor.  But, I'm running into one issue.  I have several exe available to download.  This historically has been an issue for compression programs.  I can't seem to get the exclusion rule to work correctly for this MIME Type.  I know that I can exclude the entire page, but was hoping for away to keep the page compressed as I do now, but just exclude the exe MIME type.

Please find below the exclusion rule I've used.

Hi,

Better performance is a good thing, thanks for the feedback.

All content types are excluded automatically except for text/html.

However, I did fix a bug recently where I was setting the Charset of the response on all requests to UTF-8 though, and that was causing problems with PDF downloads.

Send me an e-mail by replying to this post notification directly, or by using the e-mail form from my profile and I'll send you a newer version to try.
