Which config??

The install.txt says to put the config into the site root folder but there is another version of it in \DesktopModules\Snapsis\PageBlaster\Config Which one should I edit?

The one in \DesktopModules\Snapsis\PageBlaster\Config is a copy of the other one. I put it in two places so that one would also install with the module and be available if you ever needed to go back to a default copy. The one in the root of the website is the one that cotrols the global configuration for the website (all portals and pages). Each module on the page controls settings for just the page and also allows you to put portal-wide replacement rules in.
