When I check (with ZipEnable Compression Checker) at http://www.fredoniaportal.com compresion is enabled. But whenever I go to child portal http://www.fredoniaportal.com/trinity/ the URL is altered to this http://www.fredoniaportal.com/Default.aspx?alias=www.fredoniaportal.com/trinity and it appears to be uncompressed. How can I deal with this? DNN 4.5.1 and free PageBlaster v:2.2.4;c:-;x:-;r:- Also ... when a client Admin user makes changes to a page and then views as anonymous user, the changes are not apparent due to PB chaching. Will Ctrl-F5 as an anonymous user force a read from database? Thanks, Mike

The child one is not compressed or cached because there is no tabid on the querystring. You could modify the excludePattern to make it cache that page, or a better option would be to make the child portal's default page redirect to the proper home tab with a 301 redirect since that is an ugly Url and not good for SEO. Yes, anonymous users can clear the pageblaster cache for that page by doing a CTRL+F5 in IE or a Shift+F5 in FF.
