Hi John, Past weekend we had the issue that customer cannot download anything from our site. I am using Bring2Mind DMX Document Exchange for our document module. After I took out the Page Blaster module, everything seems work fine. Do you know what cause this and how to solve it? FYI, I commented out the Compression module from web.config, but not deleted it. Is that the reason why this is happened? I also tried to delete it, but still doesn't solve the problem. Another thing I notice that sometime it prevent me from logout. It keeps me sign in eventhough I click on the logout link. Please help...

You'll probably need to exclude that page so that downloads will not be filtered by PageBlaster. I responded to your other post to see if you want me to help you get everything setup.

At this point, I cannot go to my site at all, it keeps loading until finally show me the cannot display webpage. Could you help me to fix this and then I will try to exclude that page? As always, thanks very much.

Add this line to the section "excludePaths" [path pattern="DMXModule" excludeFrom="All" /] replace with brackets... sorry not sure why the editor won't take them.... In both the root config, and the desktopmodules config files for pageblaster. This will exclude PageBlaster from effecting the MIME type and buffers for the DMX downloads. It worked for me.
