Hi John,

Fantastic product , I've installed it with Catalook and the performance is so much better.

The site is www.handyhardware.ie

One issue though is the rules do not seem to be firing. I'm testing it replacing text on the front page and it's not working.

The caching is working so I'm thinking the rules should be as well any ideas?

Thanks for the feedback. That is a nice looking store.

From what I can tell from the headers you have it installed properly and replacments are not being excluded.

If you have placed a PageBlaster module on the home page then make sure that you have the security set on it to allow view for all users. Otherwise the replacements will only be done for users who have view access to that module.

Hi John,

I've added View Permission to all Roles. And still now firing. The sample rule to test is Replace "View Shop" with "View Cart" and nothing is fired.

I've tried tracing it but a dialog keeps appearing asking for username and password so that might be a clue.

Thanks,

You can move the trace file-path to a place that has write permission.

If you want, you can send me login info by replying to the notification from this post and I'll login and see if I can figure out what is happening.

Hi John,

I've mailed you the account details for logging to your email addresses. portaladmin and sales.

You should be an administrator for the front page.

Thanks

Ok it's working.  For some reason it wasn't liking the space on the simple search string, so I used a period instead.
In regex the period is a wildcard for any one character.
