Hi Jens,
Things are still moving along. I'm using the new version on this site now. The new conditional rules are really going to make a lot more things possible. Beta testing has brought on additional ideas/requests which I think will be great to have.

One of the new enhancements is a keep-alive. I don't believe in having the application keep itself alive so what I'm working on now is a way to have PageBlaster inject an image that will let our servers know that you would like that Page monitored.

After you turn on monitoring for a page using the PageBlaster interface, our servers will call that page and also keep track of compression, response speed, and down-time.

If you are interested in helping Beta test then reply directly to the notification from this post and I'll send you the latest as soon as I get the changes in.

John, will there be a fee for this service (in addition to the cost of the PageBlaster)? Sounds like a really nice value-added feature!

The free PageBlaster will be able to monitor the main domain (home page), at no extra cost.

For the paid version, I'll probably set the limit to monitoring 5 pages , which should be more than enough, but I may offer extended monitoring/reporting or other features at a later date for additional cost.

I'm also starting a subscription service this year which will include this service, module upgrades, priority support, and some other value added services to DotNetNuke users who want higher Performance, SEO, and W3 compliance out of their websites.

That's a really great deal with PB. Now, how do you get the word out that DNN users would be crazy NOT to buy your PB? Maybe I'm just slow, but I didn't know this until I was already using DNN for a number of months... Your module is a real money-saver and time-saver for the site admin, and has the potential to significanly improve site user experience.

I look forward to your expanded service offerings later on as well.
