Hello,

I'm quite confused about this....is pageblaster (2.2 or beta 3) able to compress all the Ajax stuff an webresource.axd produced by dnn core  without collateral damages?

I'd like to have the PB caching features and to compress as much as posible, not only the main aspx page.

I saw at Snowcovered that there is a module called "[script removed]HttpCompressionAgent" from Sanibel that claims that is able to deal with the Ajax and .AXD stuff.

Anybody knows if I could use PB + HttpCompressionAgent at the same time?

having the best from both world would be fantasctic,

any advice on this?

thanks!

Hi,

Version 3 of PageBlaster will also compress and cache the WebResource.axd file.  From my local testing, the ScriptResource.axd (for Ajax) files are already compressed and cached if the server has that configured.  I'm still researching on those though and will provide a way to compress and cache those as well if needed.

Version 3.0 PageBlaster will also compress and cache external JS & CSS plus do merging and minification of those files.

Version 3.0 will be released on Monday the 11th of Februrary.
