Hi

I like the product and it seems to work well but I have a question.

I have a DNN path that goes like this:  http://www.mydomain.com/page_name.aspx

What I want to do is to have it be reached by this path where there is no page name referenced, just the sub directory.

http://www.mydomain.com/page_name/

Can I do this with Pageblaster and if so how?

Thanks

Hi,
The current released version does not have that capability, but the "soon-to-be-released" version 3.0 does have that ability by allowing you to save a virtual path as a static default.htm document.

Let me know if you would like to try the current beta version by replying to the notification to this post and include your purchase info.

Hi John

Did you send it because I have not received anything as yet?

Yes, I sent a new build last night. I just checked and it looks like I missed adding you. I'm sorry about that.
We found some issues with the other build so there is a new one coming shortly.

I won't miss sending it to you this time.

Hi

Its now a week later and I still have not received the beta. Should I just assume its vaporware until it shows up on Snowcovered?

Very funny.
I'm sure I included you when I e-mailed the last build.
Maybe it was blocked since it had an attachment, or because I am not on your white list.

Reply directly to the notification from this post and I will reply with it attached.
If that doesn't make it through, then let me know and I'll make it available some other way.

Hi John

I am not getting any post notifications from this forum. Please just send the file to my email address listed for this account. I will email you once I get the file, if you don't receive an email assume that I never got it. Or even better just set a return receipt request on the email.

Thanks

The reason I said to send me an e-mail first is because your e-mail software will probably automatically white list an e-mail address that you send to.

I'll try sending it to you again, but you'll have to let me know if you got it or not.

I know some of my email gets lost in the spam folder but I have been watching that too.   Typically I only have problems on rare occasions.   In fact I think it has only occured with one company that got itself blacklisted and all their emails end up in the spam folder.

As of right now I dont have anything yet, but I will let you know as soon as I get it.   What will be even better is to just post here once it has been sent off and I will respond when I receive it.

Thanks

I sent it today right after my last post. I also sent another e-mail without an attachment to let you know that I had sent it.
You may need to whitelist Snapsis.com or give me a different e-mail address to send to.

I'll also try sending it from my hotmail account.

I replied to your e-mail, but I had already sent the attachment through that account an hour ago.
