Here is my settings for disk cache: disk-cache-interval="01:00:00:00" disk-size-limit="1000" 1. Now I noticed that there are a lot of folders/files created under portals/cache. What do I need to do with those folders and files? Should I clean them once in a while? If so how? 2. Is my setting for disk-size-limit="1000" resonable? If it's not what kind of problems that could cause? Thank you!!

I would recommend setting it for more than 1 day. You may want to make it a very long interval like 99 days. The size should be set as high as you are willing to spare for cached files, but 1000 MB will probably never be hit. Mine doesn't get higher than about 50 MB. The system is self-cleaning, if a cached file is not used and expires it will be deleted on startup.

I guess I set the disk cache too big. There are alot of folders under cache... some of the folders have no files in it and some of the folders have alot of files in it ( AFTER I disabled PageBlaster). Is this normal? Can I delete those folders/files manually? Thank you!

Setting the disk size to 1000 is not a problem, the limit is mainly there so that if you are in a shared environment and you only have a limited amount of space then it won't over-run your quota. Yes, you can delete those Folders and Files at anytime. They will be rebuilt automatically. The folders are not removed on cleanup mainly because that would just be another operation to have to create them again when they are needed. That is why you will see empty folders.
