I've come to the conclusion that this has to do with PageBlaster since it only occurs when an unauthenticated user is using the site and thus the pages are being cached. The problem lies at www.orcities.org and this is what happens: upon first click of any menu link everything is fine, but when a page is revisited all menu links are prepended with "Â Â Â Â Â Â". For instance, when first visited the very first link in the navigation menu will read "Home", however, if clicked again it will read "Â Â Â Â Â Â Home". The same is true for all menu links. I can't for the life of me figure this out. Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi, It looks like something is making your page respond that it's charset is Western European (Windows) which is probably ISO-8859-1. This will make & nbsp; character entities show up with that accented A.

PageBlaster sets the charset to UTF-8 so I'm not sure how that is happening.
I noticed it doesn't happen in FireFox, only in IE.
If you go to the Main menu in your IE browser and look under View > Encoding you will see what I mean, and if you switch the encoding to UTF-8 you can see that it displays normally.

Of course you don't want to have to tell your users to switch their view encoding for your site, so what you might need to do is check in your web.config to see if it is setting the charset to something other than UTF-8, or you may be able to remove the nbsp; entities in your menu.

It also does not look to me like PageBlaster was actually compressing your pages. You may have turned that off to try and fix, but if not, then double-check to make sure PageBlaster is enabled and it may fix this issue for you.
