This is most likely an error in the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file which is located in your website root folder.

If you can't determine where the error is there is a default config file in the DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Config folder named default.config

You can also rename the bad one to .txt and attach it here if you want me to take a look at it.

That's correct. The community module is the same, and it also works in professional mode for one IP address. When you are ready then all you have to do is purchase and enter a license key.

Thanks for your interest.
