I just upgraded my pageblaster and installed it on my website. But my website crashed because of it. I had to remove pageblaster as I am working on adding some new features to my website and didn't have time to fix the error. I was hoping that I will be able to reinstall pageblaster again on that website with the same license. I can do that right?

Yes, you can do that. The PageBlaster license key is not "activated", so you can uninstall and use it again whenever you are ready.

What kind of error did you get when you upgraded?

Why is that I can never upload PB without causing my website to crash? I follow the instructions, I think. Luckily I had asked my host to backup my website before installing PB. John can you please help with this? I would like to upload PB when you are around. Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi ,

i see that you are not useing the standard upload provider from DNN. You use the Neatupload lib. Where do you got the provider ?

May be this is the problem.

Yes, I have seen where that NeatUpload compoent has cause other people problems.

Try commenting it out in web.config

I don't think I can comment (how do I do that) it out because UMG and UVG needs it.

I don't think UMG & UVG has to have it, I don't know why it adds it, but I had another customer that removed it and it still worked fine.

If you just make small changes you can always change it back.

PageBlaster can always be removed by taking the line out of the httpModules section of the web.config.
