Hi, Have been using page blaster with Catalook for a while now. Was working great.

One thing recently I notices it's causing an Issue in IE7, works perfect in IE6 and Firefox.

Users can't add anything to a cart in IE7 in the list view which is a bit of a show stopper.

Any ideas or known issues with IE7.

Cheers,

I always completely exclude the catalook cart page.  Mine has the name cart in it so I add that to the list of global excludes:

<      path pattern="(Cart|DesktopModules(?!/Snapsis)|/admin/|/host/|LinkClick|SiteMap|rss|captcha|install|thumb|\.ashx|\.asmx)" excludeFrom="All"      />

Thanks for getting back so fast. i've tried that as well but still no luck. It's strange as this was working fine.

I've had to disabled it from the live site. I will try to set up a test site to show you the problem.

You may be having a problem with the virtual WebResource.axd file. Are you seeing a javascript error in the status bar when you try to add?

Does it fail right after you do a hard refresh (CTRL+Refresh)?

It's happening without doing a hard refresh, so whatever is stored in the cache is causing the problem. Only on IE7.

Hi John,

I've renabled PageBlaster on the site. If you go to thefollowing page for example with IE7.

Alick the add to basket button and it either

1. Crashes, showing a semi blank page, (Added an Image)

2. Doesn't add the item to the Cart.

Cheers,

I just went to the site, but It doesn't look like PageBlaster is being used unless you have turned off the PageBlaster response header.

I did notice the problem on the second time I tried to add to cart, but the first one seemed to work.

The problem is most likely because there is two closing /html tags in your page.  It doesn't always cause a problem unless the page gets really large, so this may be why you just started noticing it, or maybe you applied a new skin.

The latest version of PageBlaster should work even with that second /html> element, but you should still get that fixed.

Thanks Jon, I've removed the second HTML and Body tag from the new Skin. Hoping that sorts it out.

Cheers,
