I've just installed PB on a soon to be launched site that uses quite a lot of LiveContent modules.  I have included |LiveContent| in the exclusions list.   I am having problems with some of teh live content modules not showing their content now.

eg on a page that has 3x livecontent modules, 1 shows 0/2 photos, another shows 1/2 photos, and the third shows 2/2 videos.  Its just the thumbnails that are not showing.  Clicking on the red x (missing pic icon) launches the full size image as expected.  Any ideas on what I should do?

Thanks

Can you show me the link to the broken image? You don't have to put the actual Url, just let me know what path it is using to generate the image.

John you are a legend, what other DNN forum has responses in just a couple of minutes ;)

/desktopmodules/livecontent/Thumbnail.aspx?PortalId=0&ModuleId=756&Size=200&Image=tour/tour1.jpg

My exclude path is:

[path pattern="(DesktopModules(?!/Snapsis/PageBlaster)|/admin/|/host/|LiveContent|LinkClick|SiteMap|rss|captcha|install|thumb|\.ashx|\.asmx)" excludeFrom="All" /]

Actually .. all thumbnails are now showing.  I have cleared the cache several times and used ctrl-f5.  Must have been a caching issue?

It may have been cached locally before you put the exclusion in.

That sounds quite possible.  Talking about caching .. I just looked at every page on the site, about 40 in all, and then clicked clear cache, just to try to see how much is cached: It said 41 files removed totalling 0mb.  Is that right, shouldnt the cache be a little bit bigger than 0mb?

It's probably less than 1MB. I need to look back over that message and have it show decimal places for KB I guess.
